Vikash Jha is the Managing Partner of Synzen Ventures where he oversees all aspects of the firm’s activities. He brings over 20 years of advisory, investment banking and transactions experience. He is recognized by his peers for his expertise in investment banking, private equity, lower middle-market M&A space.

Mr. Jha has extensive experience working with Fortune 500 firms including top Wall Street firms e.g., Barclays, Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and Ally Bank in different capacities. Since 2018, he has been advising lower-middle market firms across sectors and verticals.

Mr. Jha is holds B.S. (Honors) and M.B.A. degrees from India. And post graduate certifications from Harvard Business School and MIT.

He is a FINRA registered representative holding Series 63 and Series 79 licenses for Investment Banking.
